At Amber by Deviriti, we are committed to delivering handcrafted elegance with transparency and trust. Your satisfaction is our priority, and while we put great care into each piece, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be required. Please read our detailed policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice must be intact.
  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our customer support team or via our return portal.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following rules apply:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, damage, or missing item claims.
    • The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened in one continuous recording.
    • Claims without this proof will not be accepted.
  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
  • Amber by Deviriti reserves the right to approve or reject the return after evaluation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or intentional use
  • Items returned without complete packaging, missing tags, certificates, or an invoice

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality checks at our facility.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (customer to provide bank details)
  • Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days post-verification, as per RBI guidelines.
  • Note: Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days)

Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Received Replaced with the correct item
Size Issue Exchange with the same variant (if available)
  • If the exact product/size is unavailable, we will assist you in choosing a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

6. Return & Exchange Shipping Cost

  • Company Error (damaged, wrong item): Amber by Deviriti will bear the shipping cost.
  • Customer Reason (change of mind, dislike, size issue):
    • The customer will bear the cost of return/replacement shipping.
    • Applicable costs will be communicated by our support team during coordination.
