Welcome to Amber by Deviriti. This website is operated by AMBER SILVERZ, the registered business name under which Amber by Deviriti is sold. Our business address is 300 Eswaran Koil Street, Tirupur – 641604, Tamil Nadu, India. We are a GST-compliant business, and all prices for our products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Account Creation and Use

We welcome all users to create an account on our site, and there are no age restrictions for browsing or registering. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login details secure. Accounts are for personal use only – any attempt to use multiple accounts for fraudulent activities or to misrepresent your identity is prohibited. Products purchased from Amber by Deviriti are intended for your personal use or for gifting purposes, and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Products, Pricing, and Descriptions

All product prices on our website are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on fluctuations in silver and other metal market trends or other factors.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our jewelry. However, please note that actual product appearance may vary slightly (by about 2–5%) from the images shown on the site due to lighting conditions, photography, or AI renderings.

There is currently no customization service available for our products. If we introduce custom or personalized jewellery in the future, such custom items will be non-returnable and non-refundable (unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect).

Payments

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. These include UPI (Unified Payments Interface), major credit and debit cards, popular mobile wallets, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. All payments must be made in INR.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not yet available, but we plan to introduce COD as an option in the near future. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your sensitive card details on our servers.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders placed on our website are typically processed by the end of the same business day. We make every effort to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been handed over to the courier for shipping. However, once an order has been packaged and handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

After dispatch, if you still do not wish to receive the product, you may follow our Returns process once the item is delivered to you (subject to eligibility as per our Returns Policy).

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we ship only within India. (We are working on launching international shipping soon, and will update our policy once it becomes available.)

We partner with reliable courier services like Blue Dart and DHL to deliver your orders. Standard delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

For customers in Tirupur city, we offer an express delivery service at an additional cost, which can get your order to you faster (often the next day or even same-day in some cases).

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or link so you can monitor the shipment status on the courier’s website.

Please ensure someone is available at your provided address to receive the delivery. While we strive to deliver your orders within the promised timeframe, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, logistic issues, or other force majeure events. Amber by Deviriti is not liable for such delays, but we will do our best to inform you and work with our courier partners to resolve any delivery issues that arise.

Intellectual Property and Site Use

All content on the Amber by Deviriti website – including text, descriptions, images, graphics, and the designs of our jewelry pieces – is the intellectual property of AMBER SILVERZ. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from our site without our explicit written permission. Likewise, our jewelry designs are unique to us; purchasing our products does not grant you any rights to reproduce or resell the designs. Unauthorized resale or copying of our products or designs is strictly prohibited.

We also prohibit any misuse of our website. You agree not to engage in activities like data mining or scraping of our content, spamming other users or our contact channels, or using the site for any unlawful purposes. Any violation of these conditions may result in termination of your access to the site and potential legal action.

Product Use and Allergies

Our jewelry is crafted from quality materials (such as sterling silver and other metals as described for each product). However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they do not have allergic reactions to the materials.

Amber by Deviriti is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other health issues that might arise from wearing our jewellery.

If you have known metal allergies, please exercise caution and consult the product specifications or customer service before purchase.

Additionally, please use our products for their intended purpose only. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of our products (for example, using a jewelry item for anything other than adornment).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company’s liability for any losses or damages arising out of or connected with your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the cost of the product that you purchased from us.

In other words, if you purchase a product from Amber by Deviriti and it is proven to be defective or causes a direct loss, our maximum obligation will be to refund you the price you paid for that product or provide a replacement, at our discretion.

We will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as loss of opportunity, loss of data, or other intangible losses) resulting from the use of our website or products.

Changes to Terms

Amber by Deviriti reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
